Zohab Khan is an educator, poet and multidisciplinary artist.
Since 2006, Zohab has been building a formidable career in spoken word poetry, culminating in taking out the title of the Australian Poetry Slam Champion in 2014. As a poet, motivational speaker, didgeridoo player, and hip-hop artist, Zohab has performed and conducted workshops at venues and festivals in over 20 countries across the world. In 2015 he co-founded of The Pakistan Poetry Slam. As an 4th generation Australian of Pakistani heritage and having been raised inrural NSW, Zohab has channelled his distinct life experiences into stories with the intent to educate. He eamlessly integrates Urdu and Punjabi into his work as he confronts a range of issues from racism to inequality and socio-economic disparities. Zohab’s high energy and powerful words have left countless inspired.

Kultar Ahluwalia has achieved success as hip hop artist “Koolta” including 2016 Most Popular Hip Hop Artist (SA Music Awards), Clipsal 500 Bands On Track Winner 2015, Clip it! Winner 2012, Unearthed Parklife Winner 2012, Hilltops Hoods Initiative Winner 2011, sold out album launches, radio play on JJJ and community radio. He has been involved in over 30 Australian music releases from artists including Allday and Purpose. Daydream Fever is the latest incarnation from Adelaide artist Daydream Fever is an evolution in sound, blending a wide range of genres from hip hop to punk to soul to electronica. Ahluwalia is at the helm of all these sounds handling the production, the instrumentation, the songwriting and the vocals. Ahluwalia is also heavily involved in the community having facilitated poetry, songwriting and music production workshops for DECD and independent schools and local councils (City of Marion, City Of Onkaparinga).

Jason Marsiglia is a performer, writer and queer arts advocate. He represented South Australia at the 2015 and 2016 National Poetry Slams, held at the Sydney Opera House. In 2015, he was the national runner up. Jason regularly performs at spoken word events around Adelaide and interstate. He is motivated and empowered by the opportunity to present a slice of one’s soul to an audience through performance poetry.
